Basic Job Purpose:
To implement strategies aimed at incremental growth of Zap distribution so as to meet the required sales targets. while nurturing relationships with Zap operators. Maintains knowledge of and reports of new developments in the marketplace with regards to Zap operators and competition.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Train Zap outlets on how to conduct and manage Zap transactions.
- Ensure Zap point of sale requirements and visibility is executed as per required standards.
- Monitor, evaluate and coach Zap outlets to achieve required transaction levels.
- Ensure 100% daily route coverage as per allocated route plans
- Identify market gaps in Zap distribution and recruit outlets to fill these gaps.
- Closely and actively monitor competitor activity in the market.
