Operations Manager 

(1 Position)
Responsible for the overall coordination between the F&B, Housekeeping and Maintenance department to ensure smooth flow of operations.
The position holder oversees and coordinates check-in and check-out procedures, co-ordination of orders between F&B and Front Office, Maintenance, repairs and capital projects at the property.


The position holder also acts as the liaison between the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage and maintenance departments to ensure that all aspects of the facility are functioning well

We invite applications from highly energized individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized university
  • At least 5 years progressive relevant experience in hospitality
  • Excellent written & spoken English, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Micros Fidelio, SunSystems
  • Experience with several hotel operation systems
  • Skilful in project planning/ tasks and able to prioritize projects/ tasks.

Accountant 
(1 Position)
Reporting to the General Manager this role is responsible for:
  • Overall supervision of financial administration in the hotel in accordance to the mandate from the Board of Directors and the management team.
  • Supervises all staff in Accounts, Credit, Cost Control, Income and Budget Control in the Finance Department.
  • Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information and recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls and carrying out database backups
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Complies with legal requirements and enforces adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma Accounting or other related field with CPA qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years experience as an accountant in a hotel or resort, preferably in a four or five star hotel.
  • Proficiency in any hotel operating system, SunSystems, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
Guest Relations / Front Office Executives 
(4 Positions)
Reporting to the Operations Manager this key role is responsible for:
  • Supervision and control of all Front of House areas to the standards laid down by the company
  • Ensuring adherence to policy and procedures regarding the efficient check-in/check-out of guests promptly and courteously
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service at the reception by ensuring all enquires are responded to in a courteous and timely manner and all visitors are treated with great respect.
  • Supervision receptionists and cleaners within the reception area.
Desired Skills Qualifications
  • Front Office Certification from Kenya Utalii College or other recognized institution /Degree in Hotel Management
  • 3- 5 years experience in a supervisory or management role in the Front Office Department
  • Excellent written & spoken English, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, experience with HIS(Hotel Information System)
