Trianum Hospitality is a boutique consulting and management firm that operates serviced apartments and boutique hotels.
The company is seeking to fill the following positions at a variety of its managed properties:
You will be responsible for maintenance, repair or replacement of plant, equipment and systems.
You will facilitate regular communication with the Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen and F&B Department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
You need a wide range of repair and maintenance skills including some or all of the following areas: air conditioning, appliances, carpentry, electrical, heating and cooling, painting, plumbing, pressure washing, roofing and windows and doors.
The right candidate will hold a diploma or degree in a relevant technical field or a combination of suitable education and prior experience.
Prior supervisory experience in a hospitality establishment will be a distinct advantage.
He/she will have a wide knowledge of the Kenyan Construction industry and products.
You are strong, able bodied, organized and detail oriented.
You will be responsible for transporting hotel clients and sometimes staff members.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is well maintained, picking and dropping hotel clients to the airport, assist passengers with their luggage and providing journey information to passenger.
You are a highly experienced driver with expert knowledge of Nairobi and its environs.
You are a very pleasant personality, polite, patient and excellent with time keeping.
You have a smart appearance, strong communication skills and professional at all times.
The right candidate will have completed their high school education, have attended a certified driving course and have a minimum of one year’s experience in the hospitality industry or with an international organisation is also a requirement.
Some mechanical knowledge will have an added advantage.
You will have an up-to-date and clean driver’s license.
Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants and Laundry Attendants
You are responsible for the general cleanliness of the hotel.
You have over 1 year hospitality experience in cleaning guest rooms, public area cleaning or laundry operations.
You will perform routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, public areas and laundry under the supervision of a housekeeping supervisor.
The right candidate has a certificate or diploma in housekeeping operations.
Prior hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
You must be pleasant, honest and friendly and will be able to address guest requests and problems.
You have a smart appearance and can promote a positive image of the property to guests.
