Security World Technology Limited Product Executives Jobs in Kenya
The main purpose of the Product Executive at SWTL is to promote, market and sell CCTV/FIRE related products to key account customers & other target customers and organizations for the company to meet its sales targets and also ensure continual buying of the same.
- Perform direct sales to key account customers.
- Develop/create new market for the product sales
- Ensure maintenance of product sales to key accounts
- Ensure adherence to the stipulated SOPs
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Demonstrate CCTV/Fire products to current and potential clients
- Follow up and maintain sales activity records and produce timely reports as required
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships are maintained.
- Maintaining and ensuring up to date Sales records are maintained
- Co-ordinate deliveries of sold items and collections from courier and ensuring there is less wastage in resources.
- Ensuring payment of products purchased, receipting and invoicing the same
- Follow up on collection of key account debts in relation to the sales obtained
- Giving technical advice and solutions to clients on the various security and safety systems
- University degree in Sales & Marketing or Electronics Engineering with technical sales experience
- At least 3 years experience in product Sales preferably technical related
- Strong sales experience B2B
- Proficiency in Computer application- MS Office Suite and ERP – Sage Pastel
- Knowledge of Security Technology – CCTV, Fire and any other products an added advantage
- Aggressive, Innovative, creative and must have excellent communication & presentation skills
