Our client is an international professional provider of security services with specific focus on UK and Kenya.
- Build up the sales function of the company, within the existing operational infrastructure
- Achieving your gross profit targets and be an ambassador for the company, forming lasting business relationships
- Identify new customers
- You will promote the company’s services to new and existing clients.
- The work involves following leads to establish and grow a client base.
- Discuss prices, after-sales customer service, and delivery schedules with customers
- Contacting existing & future clients face to face, by telephone and Mail
- Ensure the loyalty of existing customers and retention
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient deployment of personnel to cover new and existing sites.
- Degree/ Diploma in Sales & Marketing qualification
- Sales & Marketing professional training
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Proven track record in Sales & marketing preferable in the security industry
- Ability to work Flexible hours
- Excellent organisational ability
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills,
- Ability to develop good relationships with a number of clients
- Have a high degree of business awareness.
- Ambitious and self-confident,
- Charming, persuasive & the ability to negotiate
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision, plan own work, and meet deadlines
