Our client is an industry leader in the beauty industry is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Territory Sales Manager
The Territory Manager role is a multi – faceted field selling position responsible for overall management of a designated sales section.
The Territory Manager collaborates with the manager in developing / implementing strategies and business plans that deliver sales and volume targets.
The Territory Manager is also responsible for targets associated with getting professional customers and key accounts within the assigned territory to recommend the beauty products.
Sales Representatives sell to a variety of end-users in the beauty industry.
The sales process begins with understanding our professional customers’ business, utilizing available information to explain the product benefits, and finally persuading our customer to purchase and recommend the beauty products to their customers.
Territory Managers are expected to develop expertise in areas such as product knowledge and technical support.
They are looking for an individual who has demonstrated sales leadership results, strong people skills, problem solvers, entrepreneurial, goal-oriented as well as excellent communicators.
All applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to travel and have sales experience.
Minimum 5 years of previous experience in sales required preferably in a FMCG environment.
The position offers a competitive salary plus commission structure.
