Frank Management Consult is one of the leading Human Resource Consultancy firms in East Africa. We are currently seeking to recruit qualified Kenyan Citizen for our Client in FMCG Company in Nairobi.


Area Sales Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities.

  • Developing of the area sales plan.
  • Conducting analytical performance reviews of distributor and sales team with a
  • Formal assessment monthly.
  • Leading direct and monitoring sales team in the implementation of the sales plan to meet company objectives.
  • Ensuring full SKU listing in all trade channels in region as specified and identify and tracking trends.
  • Setting up area primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Developing and growing the capabilities of the sales team.
  • Leading and managing a Sales Team working across multiple channels to ensure flawless execution of Sales & Commercial strategies.
  • Meeting sales targets within the territory.
  • Generating of monthly sales reports and utilize the information to optimize performance.
  • Ensuring distributor operates within agreed credit terms.
  • Doing report monthly on trends and activities related to sales in region, competition, pricing as well as new market/product opportunities, effectiveness of marketing programs and recommending changes.

Required Qualifications for the Area Sales Manager Job

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business related course.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in FMCG.
