We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Coordinator.
Under the general direction of the Executive Housekeeper, and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group policies and procedures, responsible for rendering Administrative and Operational assistance to the Housekeeping Department.
Coordinating all room issues between Housekeeping and Front office to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction
Assist in enforcing policies, procedures, rules and regulations as per hotel standards
Monitor employee attendance and manpower planning to meet activities in the hotel and in order to maintain cost effectiveness
Participate in energy control procedures within the working area.
To communicate to floor Housekeepers all VIP, early arrivals and that airline crews rooms status is reported on time
