As a Guest Relations Agent, you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality are demonstrated at all times at the front desk. Your key responsibility will include; building and maintaining relationships while enhancing personal recognition and prompt attention to our internal and external guests. You will have a good knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximize hotel sales.
