Purpose of the role
The Senior HR Advisor (focussing on HR Service Delivery) will be responsible for resolving issues that have been forwarded by HRBP’s or by HR Advisors, where more complex in nature. They will focus on Employee Lifecycle activity, and take the responsibility for the data management, contract generation, management of individual ER issues and provide advice on policies to line managers, employees and HR Management teams.

Key accountabilities
Analyses reports and metrics and integrates with teams to implement actions.
Provides support to HRBP’s and Line Managers.
Takes accountability for Data Management.
Provides superior customer service to employees and Line Managers.
Produces standard reports and statistical information.

Qualifications and experience required
Ability to build strong relationships with the other SSC teams
Able to build credibility and relationships with line managers and employees
Exposure to HR related technology
Ability to understand process principles and consistent application
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Previous experience of people/team management is desirable
Experience of contact with process design and implementation
