Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) Internship in Kenya

Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) (www.dotrust.org) is a Canadian based NGO with operations in different countries, Kenya included.
DOT programs create educational, economic, and entrepreneurial opportunity through the effective use of
Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) for communities and people in countries and regions that are developing, in transition, or under stress or crisis. DOT has a particular focus on youth and women. DOT’s unique programs transform young people (DOT Intern’s) to become leaders of change in their communities.
To help achieve its objectives, DOT Kenya seeks to recruit young university and college graduates who are enthusiastic about change, passionate about their communities and who appreciate ICT’s.
This is a 9-month, full-time commitment with a small stipend. The program includes one month of intensive face-to-face training, daily coaching support and a position leading to the integration of technology in a community. Placements will be within the applicant’s local community.
