Crane Bank seeks to recruit strongly motivated, dynamic and highly qualified professionals to fill the following positions:

Operations Managers (6) Vacant Positions

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible to ensure that operational procedures are in line with the bank requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of Operation Department.
• Maintains the cash reserve ratio and statutory liquidity ratio with Bank and coordinates with ALCO committee for implementing the committee decisions.
• Coordinates with other branches of the Bank.
• Coordinates with other Alco committee members in respect of making investments in treasury bills and interbank placements.
• Carrying out any other business assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Should be a graduate with a Banking degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5yrs of experience
