Crane Bank seeks to recruit strongly motivated, dynamic and highly qualified professionals to fill the following positions:

MANAGER MORTGAGE FINANCE

Reporting to the Head of Credit, the Mortgage Finance Manager will be responsible to head Mortgage Finance Division within Credit Department.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Receive mortgage loan applications and ensure that all applications are accompanied with required documentation.

Analyze the valuations of security proposed for mortgage, inspect security offered and make assessments on market value and forced sale value.

Prepare reports after assessment of securities and appraise the mortgage loan with relation of the vale of the property and recommend accordingly.

Forward the approved applications to the recovery section for legal documentation.

Recover all incidental charges to avoid income leakage for the bank.

Qualifications and Experience

Should be a commerce graduate from certified association-Institute of Bankers.

Minimum of 5yrs of experience with Masters Finance
