Head of Enterprise – Mombasa
With over 10 years experience in corporate sales and relationship growth, this position requires a demonstrated performer and strong leadership skills.
An MBA degree in Business Administration is required.
Be the lead player in growing the bank assets and deposits in the coast region
Management and growth of targeted portfolio segments as well as product development for these segments
Provide leadership and staff development
Customer focus to maximize growth in existing and new business relationships
Development of performance budgets, targets and reports from the Enterprise team
Maintaining quality credit portfolio book across all segments as per set targets through periodical reviews and ensuring all credit transactions booked meet the Bank’s thresholds set
These are key players within the Branch for sales, and need illustrated experience of more than 3 years in a similar role with a strong orientation towards business growth and staff leadership.
Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite.
Preparation of annual branch business plans, income and expenses budgets and their implementation
Development and retention of both new and existing customers
Oversight on all branch operations
Detailed preparation of credit files
Branch Leadership and staff development
This position requires a person with a strong sales background with a passion for business development as well as analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
A University degree with over 5 years in banking experience of which 4 years are in sales management.
Identification and translation of market opportunities within network for new products, cross selling and business referral
Strategic positioning of brand products
Selling and follow up of product targets across the branch network
Resource planning for activities and product requirements and delivery within set timelines
Active branch support in achieving sales targets
Sales activity generation and reportin9
Strong relationship with internal stakeholders and customers to appreciate customer requirements for enhanced service delivery
These positions require 4 years experience in direct retail sales and customer relationship management and strong communication skills.
A bachelor’s degree in a business field is a prerequisite.
Branch Portfolio development and management
Branch Sales and profitability growth in the loan book and deposits
Enhance new business through targeted retail segments
Customer satisfaction and growth of all client relationships
Coordinate direct sales teams to achieve set targets
